Méridor Kongota Ndelo is a Trademark & Patent Attorney and a qualified Lawyer at Inventa DR Congo, based in Kinshasa.

In addition to his legal expertise, Méridor is a certified Mining and Quarrying Agent. Fluent in multiple languages, he provides strategic legal advice to clients, focusing particularly on corporate, business, and intellectual property matters related to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Moses Caiaia

Legal Consultant at Inventa Angola.  His extensive academic background and professional experience offer a broad perspective on various legal topics related to IP, allowing him to assist clients in the definition and implementation of IP strategies, protection, and enhancement of these rights, and providing legal support in different sectors of business activity.

Moses is also an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Angola.

Mainly works with procedures related to the protection of Intellectual Property assets, including Trademarks, Patents, and Designs. Isabella is responsible for providing efficient solutions for various Intellectual Property matters, outlining the best approaches for the internationalization of these assets. She proactively engages in administrative cases, consulting, and litigation related to Intellectual Property, tailoring personalized solutions to effectively meet the specific needs of each client.

Inês Monteiro Alves

Partner and Attorney at Law at Inventa, in charge of managing a team dedicated to the protection of Intellectual Property (IP) assets. Inês' knowledge of legal procedures and structures allows her to advise clients on the most effective strategies to protect all IP assets.

With extensive experience as a Trademark and Patent Attorney, works with clients from different business areas, creating a solid professional path in IP, including Trademark and Patent prosecution, IP rights, litigation, enforcement and internationalization strategy.

Miguel Bibe
