Inês Monteiro Alves

Partner and Attorney at Law at Inventa, in charge of managing a team dedicated to the protection of Intellectual Property (IP) assets. Inês' knowledge of legal procedures and structures allows her to advise clients on the most effective strategies to protect all IP assets.

With extensive experience as a Trademark and Patent Attorney, works with clients from different business areas, creating a solid professional path in IP, including Trademark and Patent prosecution, IP rights, litigation, enforcement and internationalization strategy.

Miguel Bibe

Trademark and Patent Attorney at Inventa and one of the elements of the department responsible for Africa's processes. Works mainly with guardianship (preventive and repressive) procedures, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights regarding all Africa countries.

 

Amina Matine

Director of Inventa Mozambique and Trademark and Patent Attorney, being responsible for the team in Maputo. She has several years of experience in IP, with the Institute of Industrial Property of Mozambique and ARIPO. Advises local clients on the ideal IP strategy to follow to succeed in Mozambique and local clients who wish to internationalize their IP rights.

Collaborates with local authorities in investigations and cases of IP violations by international/local companies and additionally provides IP consultancy services to large local companies or small entrepreneurs.
