With extensive experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP), Vera is also an expert in IP rights enforcement and litigation. As one of the oldest members of the team, she actively contributes to the growth and development of Inventa.

Adriana is part of the Patent Department and her main responsibility is to ensure the management of IP portfolios, especially the national/regional phases of PCT applications and direct applications filed via Paris Convention with national Patent Offices in different jurisdictions.

Her work encompasses prepariation and guidance for the documents and information necessary for filing applications the subsequent acts related to the prosecution of the applications, such as examination requests and replies to office actions.

Information Systems Director at Inventa and responsible for the development of the company's information platforms and systems and technological infrastructures. Coordinates the IT team, which ensures direct support to employees and customers, and the development of IT platforms, created from scratch to optimize processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of the service provided to our clients.

Provides administrative support to the Patent Department, handling patent applications filed with the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the PCT system. Elisabete is also involved in drafting budget plans for the submission of patent applications and subsequent actions on the electronic platforms of the respective jurisdictions. Contributes to the update and management of IP assets.
