Adriana is part of the Patent Department and her main responsibility is to ensure the management of IP portfolios, especially the national/regional phases of PCT applications and direct applications filed via Paris Convention with national Patent Offices in different jurisdictions.
Her work encompasses prepariation and guidance for the documents and information necessary for filing applications the subsequent acts related to the prosecution of the applications, such as examination requests and replies to office actions.
Inês Monteiro Alves
Partner and Attorney at Law at Inventa, in charge of managing a team dedicated to the protection of Intellectual Property (IP) assets. Inês' knowledge of legal procedures and structures allows her to advise clients on the most effective strategies to protect all IP assets.
With extensive experience as a Trademark and Patent Attorney, works with clients from different business areas, creating a solid professional path in IP, including Trademark and Patent prosecution, IP rights, litigation, enforcement and internationalization strategy.

Provides administrative support to the Patent Department, handling patent applications filed with the Portuguese Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the European Patent Office (EPO), and the PCT system. Elisabete is also involved in drafting budget plans for the submission of patent applications and subsequent actions on the electronic platforms of the respective jurisdictions. Contributes to the update and management of IP assets.
