INTA Leadership Meeting 2024

From November 12 to 15, Daniel Reis Nobre attended the INTA Leadership Meeting in New Orleans (Louisiana, USA), joining committee members of INTA to discuss a variety of emerging IP Topics. 

 

During the four day-event attendees had the opportunity to expand and strengthen their networks, as well as their skills through bootcamps, workshops and the “Leadership Lab” interactive sessions.

Inventa at the 2024 AIPPI World Congress!

The 2024 AIPPI World Congress took place in Hangzhou, China, from October 19th to the 22nd, bringing together professionals from across the global intellectual property (IP) community. The event covered a broad range of key IP topics, including examinations, IP protection, trademarks, and patents.

Battle over sweet traditions: the protection of Ovos Moles de Aveiro

In the picturesque region of Aveiro, Portugal, where tradition is as rich as the history that surrounds it, a legal battle has been brewing over one of the country’s most cherished delicacies: Ovos Moles de Aveiro.

INTA TMAP 2024

The 2024 Trademark Administrators & Practitioners (TMAP) Meeting, organized by the International Trademark Association, kicked off on September 22nd in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

The event brought together trademark administrators, paralegals, young practitioners, and attorneys who manage global trademark portfolios.

Mariana Hazt Lencina was amongst the attendees to represent Inventa, and advise about our IP practices in Europe and Africa.

FACIM 2024 | Maputo International Trade Fair

The 59th edition of FACIM - Maputo International Trade Fair - took place in Mozambique from August 26 to September 1.

FACIM is the largest trade fair for national products and companies, and it also helps international and local entrepreneurs to promote and start new partnerships.
